![]() When the player attempts to hang themselves, whiteface stops them. When he describes his "room" it is a metaphor for his existence, a dark, cold, void populated by a few depressing landmarks, where the only soucre of interest is the player. White face realizes that you are scared of him, and begins to beg you for forgiveness, telling youa bout how much he suffers. However eventually you get to the dormitories. your actions are the only thing of interest in his world, and his only source of joy. This is why he talks about "watching you". He enjoys messing with you and scaring you, but is completly aware that he can't actually hurt you. when you load up the game, white face is overjoyed, as there is finally something here other than the gameworld and himself. This is what he means when he tells you about his brother, but then claims he never had one. He retains all memories of the original, who for the sake of clarity i'm going to assume is ian, but is aware that he is not really him. This digital version, white face, is incredibly bored and sad, due to being trapped within the game. One day someone, possibly ivan zanotti, creates a digital version of themselves, which is somehow trapped in soem sort of unfinished prototype of a game. ![]()
